On average, the artwork is produced, shipped, and delivered within 5-7 business days, but the process can take up to 9 days depending on location. We offer free expedited shipping on all orders to all available locations. We do not offer faster shipping beyond the options available at checkout.

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges! We want you to be happy with your Ave Legato purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you a replacement!

We have a 30 day return policy! For returns within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at info@avelegato.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Processing, printing, and quality checks typically take 2-4 days. If you have received a shipping confirmation, you can track your order with your Tracking Number or Order Number at our portal here: Order Status.

Orders generally can be canceled for a refund up to an hour after purchase. After an hour, production has likely has begun and we will be unable to process the cancellation. If you would like to cancel, please send us an email with your order number and CANCEL in the subject line. If you miss the window, you can wait for delivery and then request a return for a refund.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to adjust your order to edit, change, or remove any of the products in your order. However, if we can catch the order before it has been shipped, we can cancel it and you can place another with the correct items.
